The 2130 does not have self propel which makes it lighter and easier to use. It has less power so it leaves a few stragglers behind and doesn't mulch as great.
The 2150SP has self propel which makes it a bit heavier and a little hard getting use to when turning.
It has more power and cuts better because of it and mulches grass very well.
In my comparison the 2130 was more fun to use and much easier to maneuver as the 2150SP had more of a learning curve it was harder to use but the overall cut quality surpasses the 2130. But if you are in a budget the 2130 gets the job done.
I chose the 2150SP as the better mower because of it's cut quality and mulch.
