Описание: Hey everyone 👋 — welcome to my very first YouTube video! I’m so excited (and honestly a little nervous) to finally be putting this out into the world. So please, be kind! 😊 This is just the start of something I’ve wanted to do for a long time.

In this video, I’m sharing my full story — the 5 things that got me here and why I’m finally ready to help others navigate their own neurodivergent journey.

For most of my life, I felt broken, misunderstood — and for a long time, I even misunderstood myself. I went through school always feeling ‘other’, got misdiagnosed more than once, and spent years trying to change how I looked or acted, thinking that might “fix” me.

It wasn’t until lockdown that I stumbled upon ADHD content that made me question everything. That led to my ADHD diagnosis — and eventually, in 2023, an autism diagnosis too. I’m proudly AuDHD, but getting here hasn’t been easy.

This video breaks down the 5 big things that shaped my journey:

2. Fixation on image and being misdiagnosed with BPD and Bipolar
