Did you know that 48,000 veterans are either homeless or at risk of homelessness? And did you know that may struggle with PTSD, anxiety, depression and other mental health issues, and that, on average, 22 veterans take their lives daily?
At Veterans Woodworking WorkShop, we’re here to help! Each and every day we give veterans a creative outlet, a safe space; a community that helps them thrive.
Whether it’s our Introduction to the World of Woodturning–Spindle Turning, or our Introduction To the Wonderful World of Woodturning, these classes can boost overall mood, increase mental clarity, reduce anxiety, utilize communication skills, and improve fine motor skills.
Owned by Don Roden, a veteran himself, our goal is to truly see you smile.
