A lot of us wish that we could train more often, but feel tired and weak throughout the day. We assume that we lack motivation, or that we are simply over-stretched by work and other commitments.
But what if I told you something else might be going on? You might not be "tired" as such at all, but rather stiff and out of practice. You don't feel like moving because you've spent an entire day sitting or standing. Even the thought of warming up becomes too jarring a transition from just how static you've been!
