Why Iran will never shoot down the US B-2 bomber! Let me tell you. We all know by now that the B-2 Spirit has very little radar signature. But does Iran have the radar to spot this plane? Yes, they do. Ghadir and Samen radars can detect the B-2. Ghadir has a range of 1100 kilometers and Samen has an estimated range of 300 kilometers. Samen will probably see the B-2 cruise missile at the last second. The Ghadir radar will see it much earlier, but it will not be able to detect that it is a B-2 and therefore will not be able to launch any missile. In other words, even Iran's most sophisticated radar would be insufficient to shoot down the B-2 Spirits.
