David Smith's ex-LMS 8F 48151 strides confidently over Ais Gill with 13 on, unassisted. The summit speed was calculated to be 32 mph, and I think the driver was Steve Chipperfield (if you can confirm, and/or know who the fireman was, please let me know). Footage from two southbound Dalesman workings in similar conditions, of 13 & 27 June 2017.
