PREPARE
Place a band underneath a kettlebell or something sturdy
Pull the band far enough and place your big toe on the band
The band should be in front of you
Balance on one leg
Other leg at 90 degree
Engage the front foot with the floor to maintain a neutral arch
Engage your core
PERFORM
Come down into a single leg squat
Keep your chest up
Non-weight bearing leg will go back behind you as you come into your squat
Come up back to your starting position
Perform for the prescribed amount of reps or time
PRIORITIZE
Maintain big toe pressed into the floor into the band throughout the exercise
Keep your chest up throughout
Non-weight bearing leg will go back behind you as you come into your squat

Avoid valgus collapse of the weight-bearing knee
