▪ Prompt: "I have 5 nurses: Jenna, Daniel, Marie, Emma, and Caleb. Our morning shift runs from 7am-3pm and the day shift is 11am-5pm. We are open Monday-Friday. Jenna cannot work Tuesdays, and Emma cannot do the day shift. Can you please create the schedule for August?"
▪ Benefits: Streamlined scheduling, reduced administrative burden, and an unbiased schedule.

2️⃣ Patient Education
▪ Prompt: "Can you create a one-page document explaining CPT 27447, recovery time, and FAQs for an outpatient setting? Please explain in layman's terms."
▪ Benefits: Reduced patient questions, enhanced patient safety, and improved outcomes.
▪ In this instance, you will definitely want to review the output for accuracy and make necessary tweaks, but it should get you 90% of the way there.

3️⃣ Post-Op Instructions
▪ Prompt: "Can you write simple post-op instructions for a patient who just had cataract surgery? Use a compassionate and direct tone with little to no advanced medical jargon."
▪ Benefits: Higher patient compliance, better outcomes, and happier patients.
▪ Similar to the above example, you'll want to review thoroughly and ensure the instructions align with your ASC's policies and physician recommendations. But starting with AI will help will save you significant time.
