Ingredients
For the chicken marinade
500g of chicken thigh fillets, cut into bite size pieces
1 tsp of ground red chilli
1 tsp of ginger and garlic paste
1/2 tsp of salt
3 tbsp of cooking oil for frying the marinated chicken
For Tomato Gravy:
6 medium size tomatoes
1 large onion, roughly chopped
1 heaped tsp of butter
1 tbsp of ginger and garlic paste some cashew nuts
1 tsp of garam masala
1 tsp of ground red chilli
1 tbsp of rice vinegar
Salt to taste
250ml of fresh cream
1 tbsp of dry fenugreek leaves
1 tbsp of butter
