Primary Leaving Examinations have begun this morning after materials were delivered to the various centres under tight security.
This is in conformity with a directive earlier by the Uganda National Examinations Board Executive Secretary Dan Odongo, that all exam materials be picked from storage centres in the company of security officials.
The over 670,000 Primary Seven candidates have begun with Mathematics and will later in the afternoon be sitting for Social Studies.
