Reflection is not only about celebrating the joyful milestones; it is about acknowledging the grace, wisdom, and comfort God faithfully provided during our most challenging seasons. When we take stock of how He has sustained us, we honor the Lord and build a foundation of faith that carries us into the future with confidence.

Ways to Practice Remembrance
There is no "right" way to reflect, but there are several meaningful ways to begin:

The Prayer Journal: If you keep a journal, flip through the pages month-by-month. It serves as a written testimony of answered prayers and God's steady presence.

The Digital Timeline: If you do not keep a journal, your phone’s photo gallery is a wonderful tool. Scrolling through your photos from January to December can help you recall the specific moments where God supported and strengthened you.

A Quiet Environment: I encourage you to find a peaceful space, pour a cup of tea, and allow yourself the time to think deeply. Avoid the temptation to rush through this process; there is great value in sitting quietly with your thoughts and the Lord.
