The Profi Punch 16 ton C-Frame press is a flexible machine that can be used as a punching machine or a small C-Frame press. The piston has a bored hole with securing screws so that tools and tool holders and be inserted and secured and is another feature that lends towards its flexibility. The footprint of the press is 450 x 800 mm and is 1430 mm high so it is a very powerful and compact press capable of delivery ample tonnage for a wide variety of applications. The press can use optional standard tools such as tube notchers, drain hole notchers, corner radius tools, corner notchers, hole punching, and bespoke tools are also available. The advance speed of the press is 10 mm per second and it the tonnage is adjustable and is read out on the integrated pressure manometer. There are three working modes: Up, Down, and Automatic mode and the stroke is controllable with and easy to use scale on the front of the machine. The working area is illuminated with LED lights. The table is manufactured from top quality tool steel and has DIN 650 T-Slots along with a centre hole that acts as a centring hole or can facilitate the removal of slugs and drop-off material. The table also comes with pre-drilled and tapped holes providing added flexibility for mounting press tools, dies, jigs and fixtures.
