This video guides you through setting the target weight (e.g., 1000kg) and adjusting the feeding parameters on the LCS-60T-CQ1 Ton Bag Scale.
If your bag weight is inaccurate, follow the instructions to adjust the Medium (F1.3) and Slow (F1.4) feeding values.
📋 Parameter Guide (1000kg Example):
Step 1: Enter Recipe Menu
0:00 - Select Recipe r01 and press Enter.
Step 2: Set Target Weight (F1.1)
0:05 - F1.1 is the Target Weight.
Action: Input 1000.0 (kg) and press Enter.
Step 3: Set Feeding Speed Parameters
0:30 - F1.2 (Fast Feed): Set to 0 (Not used in this logic).
1:56 - F1.3 (Medium Feed): Recommended setting is 50.0 kg. (Starts slowing down 50kg before target).
2:06 - F1.4 (Slow Feed / Accuracy): Recommended setting is 3.0 kg. This controls the final precision.
💡 Troubleshooting Accuracy:
If the final weight is not accurate, try adjusting F1.4 (Slow Feeding) slightly.
