Burrito Bowls

Breakfast Casserole:
10 eggs
1 cup diced ham
1/2 cup chopped spinach
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk

spray crockpot with cooking spray. Add ingredients and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.

Apple Crisp dessert:
2 can apple pie filling
1 box cake mix (yellow)
1 cup melted butter
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1 tsp cinnamon

spray crockpot with cooking spray, add apple pie filling, cake mix with butter and chopped nuts. Add paper towel between the crockpot lid, cook on low for 4 hours. Top with vanilla ice cream :)
