I love the way that this bright green pops the shades of blue and how those cells are holding their shape.
The paints are mixed up slightly thicker than I would use for a lip cup, the reason being that you need the paint to hold its shape to be able to get those striations.
When layering the paint into the cup, pour down the side of the cup. You are trying to avoid the paints mixing together. I did add 1 drop of silicone to this mix, the reason being that I do like to get a bit of cell action going. I personally prefer not to have a 'perfect' swirl. I like to break it up a bit.
Your paint should form a slight mound when in the cup when you are testing the consistency and remember, first colour in is the last colour out.
The mixing ratio is about 1 part paint to 1 part pouring medium and carefully add water to achieve your desired consistency.
