When you keep getting interviews… but no job offers 🙃

Описание: Applying to jobs can be a long (and sometimes painful) process. First, you need to craft the perfect resume - then you need to actually land the interview - and then you need to get a job offer (hopefully for a job you want!).

Sometimes, people get stuck in the cycle of getting a lot of interviews, but never actually getting the final offer - which can be really discouraging!

Here are some tips to take yourself from great resume to great interviewee -

➡️ You need to be prepared to expand on your resume and the information that the recruiter or hiring manager already knows about you - bring your application to life and connect the dots for them about how your experience would make you a good fit for this role
➡️ If you don’t have a specific experience or skill, don’t ‘pretend’ you do - instead, explain how you have transferable skills, or how you’re ready to gain that skill in this new role
➡️ Make the interview feel like a conversation - ask questions throughout as they come up naturally!
