An autumnal two day hike along the Gritstone Trail, which is a 36 mile trek skirting the edge of the western edge of the Peak District in Cheshire.

The trail is recommended to be completed in 3 days, I chose to do it in two which was manageable, though I can understand why they suggest a 3 day itinerary as it is very hilly.
Tough going at times, particularly underfoot given the autumnal conditions but that was to be expected given I completed this trail late November.
