In this episode, you will learn how to build a legal 3-6-9 hand as per theNational Mah Jongg League card. The tiles, groupings, and suit requirements must match the card exactly. Only 3s, 6s, and 9s may be used (dragons too) and Jokers are allowed only in pungs and kongs, never in pairs.
This lesson shows beginners how to form correct, playable 3-6-9 hands and how to confirm legality before exposing.
