This is an expanded version of the audio-visual biographical segments I worked on for the Mario Lanza tribute show, "The Loveliest Night of the Year", at the National Concert Hall in Dublin on the 22nd of September 2024.
I expanded the material up to 1952 but the remaining 7 years of Mario's story are the abridged segments actually used for the concert, I really hope to expand this material in the future but I thought I would share Christopher Lee's beautiful reading of Derek Mannering's fine telling of Mario's story as it was used throughout the evening of this great Pat Egan production.
