শেখ হাসিনার বিরুদ্ধে প্লট জালিয়াতির মামলার ৫ নম্বর আসামি খুরশিদ আলমের বিরুদ্ধে কোনো অভিযোগ পাওয়া যায়নি বলে আদালতে স্বীকার করেছেন দুদকের তদন্ত কর্মকর্তা আফনান জান্নাত কেয়া। সকালে ঢাকার পঞ্চম বিশেষ জজ আদালতে মামলার তদন্ত কর্মকর্তার আংশিক জেরা অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। তদন্ত কর্মকর্তা জানান, তদন্তকালে প্রধানমন্ত্রীর কার্যালয়সহ সংশ্লিষ্ট দফতরের ২১ জনের জবানবন্দি নেন তিনি। এসময় খুরশিদ আলমের বিরুদ্ধে কোনো অভিযোগ করেননি তারা। তবে নথিতে তার বিরুদ্ধে অভিযোগের প্রমাণ রয়েছে বলে জানান দুদকের আইনজীবীরা।

A partial cross-examination of the investigation officer in the case was held at the Fifth Special Judge's Court in Dhaka this morning. The investigation officer said that during the investigation, he took statements from 21 people from the Prime Minister's Office and related departments. At that time, they did not file any charges against Khurshid Alam. However, ACC lawyers said that there is evidence of charges against him in the documents.
