Rice Cooker Macaroni & Cheese Tuna Casserole

This is my rice cooker version of an old classic, macaroni & cheese tuna casserole with mushrooms. Recipe listed below:
1/2 c. Water
1-1/2 c. Whole milk
1 t. Salt
1/4 t. Ground black pepper
1 t. Dry mustard
1/2 t. onion powder
1 c. Small pasta (elbow, small shells, etc.)
2 c. Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 small can Mushrooms, diced
2 T. Cream cheese
2T. Sour cream
3oz. can Tuna packed in water (drained)
1/4 c. Heavy cream (opt)
Add all ingredients to the cooking pot except heavy cream. Cook until rice cooker flips over to the keep warm cycle. Stir several times during the cook cycle to keep cheese from burning on the bottom. After cooking is complete, add heavy cream (if using) and let sit in keep warm mode until sauce thickens to desired consistency, about 10-15 minutes.
