this short morning qigong moving meditation is a gentle, 8-minute practice to support blood flow, circulation, and overall energy. through slow, movement and breath, this practice helps awaken the body, release stagnation, and welcome ease into your morning.
this qigong practice is beginner-friendly and trauma-sensitive, with an emphasis on moving at your own pace and listening to your body. there is no right or wrong way to move here. you’re invited to take what feels supportive and rest when needed.
you can practice this in the morning to gently energize your body, or anytime you’re feeling stiff or sluggish. and this is your cute reminder to drink some water today!
