Описание: During my first time attending the 116th Holy Convocation of the Church of God in Christ in Memphis I got a chance to visit and capture some drone footage of Temple of Deliverance Cathedral of Bountiful Blessings founded by the late great Presiding Bishop Gilbert Earl Patterson and his wife the late Louise Dowdy Patterson in 1975 you’ll see the old location known as the Downtown Historic Location with the Gold and White building which was completed in 1978 and in 1987 the West Wing was added to accommodate the rapid growth. Also in this video you’ll see the current location that was completed in May of 1999 that sits just walking distance away from the old location. The new location seats approximately 5,000 and is one of the largest churches in Memphis, Tennessee.

Bishop Patterson was a highly anointed man of God who won many souls to Christ even from his younger years as a evangelist he had a heart for souls and we shall never forget his sacrifice and his outstanding ministry to the world he wasn’t just tied to his denomination but his life impacted millions of people around the world with his messages on tv each week Bishop Patterson served as pastor from 1975-2007
Jurisdictional Bishop of Tennessee 4th Jurisdiction from 1988-2001
General Board Member 1992-2000
Elected Presiding Bishop of the Church of God in Christ in 2000 and served until his death in 2007

He is greatly missed but his legacy lives on and because of his great influence and dedication his artifacts where placed on display at the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture in 2016 !
