2 large raw potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced

1 tablespoon salt (for soaking potatoes)
(1 टेबलस्पून नमक (आलू भिगोने के लिए)
3️⃣ Water / पानी
Water, as required (for soaking and washing)

4️⃣ Corn Flour / कॉर्नफ्लोर
2½ tablespoons corn flour (for light coating)
2½ टेबलस्पून कॉर्नफ्लोर (हल्की कोटिंग के लिए)
5️⃣ Oil / तेल
Oil for deep frying (mustard oil used; you can use any cooking oil)
