Meet Jackson Bennett - Trades Degree Transfer Student

Описание: Meet Jackson Bennett, a 2017 graduate of New England Tech’s construction management bachelor’s degree. Like many students, Jackson’s path to success wasn’t always a straight line.

Originally, Jackson attended another college for engineering, but he decided to transfer to New England Tech to pursue his passion – professional building trades. Jackson earned his associate degree in building construction technology and then his bachelor’s in construction management.

"The biggest game changer was the internship that Career Services helped me land with Cranshaw Construction in Boston. Soon after, I was hired. Six years later, I am still working for Cranshaw as an Assistant Superintendent, overseeing the new Veterinary Technology building construction – right here on the New England Tech campus. It’s come full circle, and I couldn’t be happier where I ended
up."

Bennett says, "When you put in the work, that’s when opportunities show up.” and he couldn't have said it better!
