The saddest, most heartbreaking moment of Look Outside occurs in the Teeth Apartment when talking with the younger brother, Benjamin. After his baby sister transformed, he was bitten the worst and is now a split open teeth monster, but still retains sanity despite not being able to speak. We can talk with him after getting the Toy Soldier, and recruiting Joel makes this even more tear wrenching as we can play a game of army men with Benjamin for the last time. Playing correctly with him will earn you some bonus items, and with his last act he gifts us the Teeth Pendent accessory. Benjamin shows us gratitude as Joel says goodbye to his little brother and he finally stops moving altogether.
