CAPS and San Diego lawyer Bryan Pease obtained a temporary restraining order against Temecula Puppies for selling puppies from fraudulent rescues. The store is threatening to reopen now that the restraining order has expired. The sign on their door says they are reopening on August 15.
A CAPS investigation revealed that Temecula Puppies, aka Temecula Puppies 4 Less, was selling fraudulent rescue puppies from Pet Connect Rescue in Missouri and Bark Adoptions in California (which was sourcing puppies from Rescue Pets Iowa). Palm Desert Puppies (now permanently closed), owned by the same family, also sourced from the two fraudulent rescues.
