23.12.'24 Tropilaelaps mercedesae - erste Nachweise in Europa

Описание: Die Tropilaelapsmilbe gilt einerseits als schlimmerer Parasit als die Varroamilbe. Andererseits ging man lange davon aus, dass sie aufgrund ihrer Abhängigkeit von Brut für ihre Ernährung, sich niemals aus ihrem Heimatbereich in Ostasien würde herausbegeben können. Seit einigen Jahren gibt es aber vermehrt Beobachtungen, dass genau dies doch passiert. Und mit Funden in Georgien und der Region in Krasnodar (Russland) sind jetzt erste überwinternde Populationen in Europa nachgewiesen. Grund genug uns die Milbe und ihre Biologie genauer anzusehen. Schließlich will man doch wissen, worauf man sich einstellen muss.
