I feel like It's fine for some places but maybe have more durability for smaller shelters and less for bigger shelters? Collecting food so the new Plan isn't to hard. 1st time Dianne and Seb, I don't really get it but it's better than Wayne and Tracy. I guess...

It seems like the friends buff doesn't stack:
having a friend(Connection in shelter +2)
having a close friend(Connection in shelter +3)
having a lover(Connection in shelter +4)

Allowable survivors before crowded Debuff:
1-4 survivors (crowded shelter 0)
5-7 survivors (crowded shelter -1)
8-9 survivors (crowded shelter -3)
10+ survivors (crowded shelter ?)
