Peanut butter - 250 gms
Flax seed powder - 1/4 cup
Raising - a handful
Honey - 1/4 cup
Almond Energy Ball
Almonds - 1 cup
Sesame seeds - 1/4 cup
Date - 10 -12
Lemon - a squeeze
Andiputtu/Cashews Balls
Cashew nuts - 2 cups
Raw rice - 1 cup
Jaggery - 1 cup
Grated coconut - 1 cup
Roasted Chickpeas
Canned chickpeas - 3 cups
Chilly powder - 2 tbsps
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Salt
Coconut oil - 3 tbsps
Roast - 200 degree celcius
