How do you stop a sugar addiction? Is it better to go cold turkey or take a gradual approach? Today on Day 3 of my 30-day reset, I’m answering a great question from the comments and sharing my personal journey from "Carboholic" to a meat-based lifestyle.
The Carboholic’s Chronicles: Day 3. I wasn't a "cold turkey" person at first. I started by shrinking my portions of rice, potatoes, and pasta while upping my animal protein. But eventually, I realized that "moderation" with fruit and pastries was just keeping my addiction alive. One apple would lead to a pizza - it had to stop.
The Rules of My Reset:
Focus: Animal protein and fats (The foundation).
Zero: Refined sugars, sweeteners, and inflammatory seed oils.
The Exception: Occasional organic cucumbers (for that crunch/pesticide-free bridge).
