Chicken Bread Pockets (Ramadan Series)

Ingredients :
For Cheese Sauce:
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp plain flour
2 cups milk
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp dried oregano
6 slices yellow cheddar cheese slices
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp yellow food colour
For Chicken Filling:
4 Tbsp oil
500 grams boneless chicken (cut in small cubes)
1 Tbsp ginger and garlic paste
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 medium onion (finely chopped)
1 medium capsicum (chopped)
1/2 cabbage (thinly sliced)
1/2 cup corn (boiled)
3 Tbsp sliced black olives
For coating :
2 cups bread crumbs mixed with 1/2 cup white sesame seeds
paste : 2 cups plain flour , 1 tsp salt , 1 tsp black pepper powder , 1 tsp dried oregano , 2 and 1/4 cup water

Assembling :
fried bread pockets
chilli garlic sauce
prepared cheese sauce
cooked chicken
