Magical Bluebells, Anxiety Inducing Jobs, Car MOT & Spring Gardening Vlog 25-30 April

It really has been a busy week - one of those weeks where you have to get on with jobs that you really don't enjoy and some of them really trigger my anxiety. But, sometimes you just have to face those challenges and get on with them. We did manage to get out into a beautiful bluebell wood up in the Chilterns which was simply stunning. It also proved to be an expensive week as the car had to go into the garage for its MOT and yearly service - again, this triggers some anxiety in both of us for a variety of reasons. But I really think it's important to have balance when you face a busy week with challenges, so I got my gardening gloves on and got out into the hot weather (we're having a mini heatwave at the moment in the UK) and did some jobs outside which can help to make me feel a little more relaxed, despite the noise from the various building projects going on all around us. It seems that our area in Hanwell, West London has a constant round of building going on.
