Yesterday we had a nice solid 20-25kts SE come through the Garden Route and the locals made the most of it at Swartvlei and Knysna. I sailed at Swartvlei with Photi, Mel, Didier, Jorge, Mike H, John, Alfie and Nigel D and we had a blast. I was sailing up at Bleshoender for the first time in years, due to the fact that the grass seems to have cleared up there.
James and his Knysna crew tested his 22km downwind dash from Leisure Island to St James and it seems to have been a great success.
