Описание: In this One Quick Question video, we review a crucial airway skill every provider should know: how to correct a right mainstem intubation.

After placing an endotracheal tube (ETT), it’s important to confirm that both lungs are being ventilated. If breath sounds are only heard on the right, it may mean the tube has advanced too far into the right main bronchus.

To correct this:
✔ Listen to breath sounds on the left side
✔ Slowly withdraw the ETT until air movement is heard on both sides
✔ Confirm proper tube placement using sound and clinical cues

This quick lesson is important for ACLS training and critical for current or aspiring healthcare professionals who manage airways in emergency or hospital settings.
