The last filmed and edited video of 2025 and it's a classic, a classic lake freighter that goes by the name CSL Tadoussac.
This ship is a beauty, a favourite of many just like Frontenac.
She is one a the few remaining classic freighters that has the forward - bridge and is still in active service.
On this video, i catch up with CSL Tadoussac as she enters Port Colborne off Lake Erie during a snow squall.
We get to hear the thunderous sound of the engine as she ploughs (plows) through the harbour Ice.
Once under Bridge 21, we catch up with her again as she ties up just before Lock 8.
Audio of Seaway Welland and Tadoussac included along with the transmission Tadoussac had with Algoma Intrepid about the ice in lock 8.
