Communities across Jamaica, Cuba, Haiti, and the Bahamas have been battered by Melissa, one of the strongest Atlantic hurricanes on record.
Sky's Martha Kelner meets with a woman near Kingston, who is in charge of a make shift shelter at the school she works at.
She tells her there are "no emergency teams".
