Fran Brown placed the fate of his football team in Steve Angeli's hands on Monday morning.
Angeli, as revealed by ESPN, was anointed as Syracuse's starting quarterback just days away from opening kickoff.
For the second year in a row, Fran Brown will have a quarterback that he's known since they were a kid in New Jersey.
As it turns out, the advantages to Brown's reputation as a recruiting wizard go way back.
