Ragnarok Online Idle Adventure Plus - A Guide to Sage Build: Sage Support Efficiency Tips 🧝🏻‍♀️🪄✨

Описание: Today I am reviewing Sage job in Ragnarok Online Idle Adventures.

We can choose to build Sage in 2 modes, magic Support and DPS, in this video I will focus more on Support role since my main character is the DPS in my lineup and it is not effective to have many DPS at the moment to progress our stages.

Advanced Sage has the following skills:
Fire & Ice skill tree:
Mind-Fire Ball: Burn, Bleeding, Buff, Shield
Mind-Frost Diver: Freeze, Buff, Control, Shield
Mind-Fire Bolt: Burn, Burst, Bleeding
Mind-Cold Bolt: Freeze, Burst, Bleeding
Mind-Sight Trasher: Burn, Bleeding, Buff
Mind-Fire Pillar: Burn, Bleeding, Burst

Ghost skill tree:
Eternal-Spirit Summon: Wisdom, Burst, Heal
Eternal-Spirit Blast: Wisdom, Dispel, Weaken
Magic Flow: Wisdom, Bleeding, Dispel, Weaken
Magic Apocalypse: Weaken, Instant, Interrupt

Earth skill tree:
Eternal Rock: Harden, Weaken
Earth Fury: Harden, Bleeding, Burst, Control
Earth Annihilation: Harden, Interrupt, Weaken
Demonic Star Destroyer: Harden, Burst

In summary, Fire & Ice skill tree is the DPS option for Sage in early stage of the game, and Earth skill tree is the end-game DPS option. While Ghost skill tree is buff, debuff, and control option. For DPS skills, since Earth skills give Harden effect (MDEF -40% and PDEF +20%) to enemies, it is worth noting that Sage synergize with Magic DPS (other Sage, Wizard, and Monk) much better compared to Physical DPS (Assassin, Rogue, Hunter, Ranger, and Knight). Which means if we have Physical DPS and still wants to use Sage for its buff and debuff skills, we need to use Fire & Ice skills and Ghost skills instead.

The best skills for Sage support are as follows:
1. Frost Diver, with artefact boost, it gives 5 stacks of Freeze (TEN-20), Frontline shield (52% MATK), Frontline immune (5s), and Interrupt effect
2. Sight Trasher, giving Fire Inspire to allies (ATK +8%), Silence, and Disarm. And in future Artefact, it will give 3x longer Silence and Healing Debuff as well.
3. Fire Pillar, giving allies ATK boost of 1000% Sage's INT and future artefact will give shield to allies.
4. Earth skills are useful if we have other Magic DPS, while we can choose any skills if we have Physical DPS in this 4th slot. Particularly Magic Apocalypse gives good debuff and future artefact boost will give SP reduction effect which is good in PVP

Concluding this review, Sage is one of the best option in giving buffs to allies and debuffs to enemies, especially when we have other Magic DPS. However if we have other Physical DPS, we will be limited to early-game Sage skills to support our Physical DPS. If we are already having a Sage support and a Physical DPS, we can still progress in the game by using Fire & Ice skills, and Ghost skills, while bearing in mind that we need to change in the mid to end-game stage when we need more buffs/debuffs in the future. Otherwise, we can consider to switch job to Wizard, or Rogue who can provide debuffs without interfering Physical DPS.
