It’s Day #16 of your ACCELERATE Challenge! Let’s do this, athletes! This workout uses dumbbells and kettlebells to build strength, power, and endurance, all with options for everyone. Start with back-to-basics strength of lower body, upper body, and core for 45 seconds, then follow with a 30-second conditioning interval with a variation on the strength move, mixing in some bodyweight cardio in between.
