From the live solo concert @ Studio The Spheres, in Montesilvano, Pescara - Italy - October 26, 2019. This is a concert I gave right after the recording of my latest solo album, "Playground", to be published with Odradek Records (Jazz section) in June 2020. Now, some of the tunes are from the new recording, while the others belong to my previous albums and to my solo repertoire.
"Retrato em branco e preto" (also known as "Zingaro"), music by Antonio Carlos Jobim and lyrics by Chico Buarque, is for me one of the most famous and elegant Brazilian tunes ever composed. Here it is my interpretation for bandoneon solo.
