Munising Mountain Bike Park | Munising MI.

Описание: Checking out the Munising BAy Mountain Bike Park for the first time. While in Marquette this past fall I wanted to explore some new (to me) trails, one of the trails I usually pass by is the “Munising Mountain Bike Park” almost right downtown Munising. Usually, I drive by because I am either in a hurry to get to Marquette after a 7 hr drive, or I don’t want to drive home 7 hrs after getting all sweaty and dirty.
With no one to drag around on my exploration, I was able to take my time and check out all the trails in this bike park. This video is just my first ride and recon ride, giving a good view of what you can expect here. Unfortunately, the heat took its toll on me, so I opted to get water and food over a second lap. I visited on of my favorite Pastie places Mudoon’s…Which is literally across the road from this trail https://www.muldoonspasties.com.

There are a mix of single and multi-direction trails to pay attention to the signage. Starting from the lot on Gateway Loop (Green Level) trail with great views, wide gravely path, and lots of low-grade sustained climbing. From this loop you can take other connectors (Blue level) which get you to the top of the mountain where the bike park is. I took a run around everything 1 time to see what it was like. Here you’ll find Superior Air, Pump Up Da Jam, and Rock On! and a new progressive drop line was under construction that looked fun too. I then went to see what “Mountain Goat” was about and finished on the long fast downhill Flow & Steady which takes you right back to the lot.
