REFINING YOUR SUPPORT AIDS: How To Use Voice and Sound Commands

Описание: In this video, Thana and I will demonstrate how you can support your riding aids by using sounds like clucking, kissing and verbal voice commands to add more depth to your horse’s training. You will learn in which order and when to use these auditory cues and how to sync them up with your riding aids. Remember that with practice the timing of your cues will speed up until they will be applied almost simultaneously. Also, you can start by teaching your horses the same order of cues when you’re working with them on the ground. Why go through the trouble of paying attention to these things? Ultimately, the broader the vocabulary you can use with your horse to communicate, the more finely tuned your interactions, for example to add more energy to your collected trot, will be.
