This is an update of the on-going construction of Xavier University's "Campus of the Future". A multi billion partnership of Cebu Landmasters Incorporated and Xavier University. The partnership includes CLI's acquisition of a 14.3 hectare in Manresa to be converted into a mixed-use development. The proceeds of the sale will fund the construction of XU's 21-hectare "Campus of the Future" also inside the same property. Manresa Township is a 63 hectare land in total of which 25 hectare is a forested portion. Landworks is on going in the area.

What will happen to XU's main campus? There are stories & news circulating online that 8 historical buildings inside the DV Soria (Corrales Ave.) Campus that will be retained and reused in the future. People say that around 4 hectares of the 6.3 hectare main campus will be sold or already acquired by a private entity to be converted into CDO's business district.
