Winkworth Arboretum - Stunning lake, woodlands and walks on edge of the Surrey Hills

Описание: I came upon the Winkworth Arboretum in the Surrey Hills whilst on my way to the South Downs National Park. I just had to stop here, and I’m glad I did. The Winkworth Arboretum is a wonderful natural space and adventure playground for the whole family.

Tucked away on the very edge of the Surrey Hills, the family can engage in tree adventures, natural adventure playground, lakeside picnics, craft activities and beautiful, woodland and meadow walks all offered within the Winkworth Arboretum.

My recent lightbulb moment answered one of the biggest questions of my life, “what could I do to inspire others to protect our natural environment that is so crucial for our mental health and wellbeing?” – It was a simple answer… I would explore the wilderness, story-tell through photographs and video, and tell everyone about it. Especially, to empower the next generation to protect our wilderness by actually visiting these stunning places.
