Описание: Heyyy Collective! Today I want to discuss the psychology of those feeling trapped in a relationship, whether or not your partner elevates you, how your inner child may be responsible for landing you where you are, and what that does to your mental health.

We all have an Inner Child and when threatened or triggered that child can come to the surface and make our decisions for us. I so often hear of people who find themselves in relationships that were meant to be just fun somehow turning into a committed situation that they now feel bound to with the wrong person. This happens, most likely, because they were operating out of Survival Mode, a trauma response, which alters the way you view love. Today I'll give you 7 tips for how to start moving in the direction of getting out so you can finally breathe again!!!
