BIG VOLVO SENDS & 230KMH SIDEWAYS AT SILVERSTONE @ Gassed on track

Описание: In this episode, we head to Silverstone Circuit for the Monster Energy Brooklands Slide competition at the Gassed on Track event — and things get FAST.

This unique drift comp is all about entry speed, so I brought both of my builds:

The 3-Rotor Volvo 740 for style

The Rotary-powered Corvette for serious high-speed entries

Earlier in the week, we filmed a collab with Jamie from Officially Gassed, where the Volvo hit 140mph… before the back of the Kevlar body kit collapsed in on itself. We reinforced it in time for this event to see what the car could really do under pressure. Watch it here:

We start out in the Volvo, but run into a nasty overboost issue, so we switch to the Corvette and manage a 135mph drift entry on our first proper run.

After some boost control tweaks, we test the Volvo again in the drift arena — but sadly the issue persists. In the final session, we manage one more fast pass in the Volvo before hopping back in the Corvette and pushing it to a 143mph entry — unreal!
