Anthropic just revealed that three Chinese AI laboratories — DeepSeek, Moonshot AI, and MiniMax — ran industrial-scale campaigns to extract capabilities from its most powerful AI model, Claude. Over 24,000 fraudulent accounts. More than 16 million exchanges. All designed to copy what American companies spent billions building.
This comes days after OpenAI sent a memo to the U.S. House Select Committee on China accusing DeepSeek of the same thing, and Google warned Congress about 100,000+ prompts targeting its Gemini models.
