My 4th Rental Property Investing in Indiana Real Estate
My first seller finance deal. I purchased this single family home in Gary Indiana for $34k! 20% down with a 4.9% interest rate. That means that it only cost me 7,000 dollars to buy this asset!
Initially it was rented for $750 dollars a month but NOW it rents for $850. The existing tenant that has been there since I bought the property just gave their notice that they intend to move out this MONTH!
This will be a huge win for me because I will be putting around 15k into the property to rehab it and then it will rent for closer to $1,250 a month when I put it back on the market!
