An overview of thoracic outlet syndrome - an underappreciated cause of disability and clot formation in competitive athletes - particularly in baseball, basketball, volleyball, and swimming.
Although I reference Victor Wembanyama in the video, I am not diagnosing him with any particular condition that has not already been disclosed in the media. Only his own doctors can state whether or not he personally has thoracic outlet syndrome - though it is the most common cause of subclavian DVTs in elite athletes.
